What Are Some Google Adsense Alternatives?

I need to arrangement ads upon my website. However, it is a non-traditional website as well as a ads displayed for adsense commend improper keywords. we need to find alternatives to google adsense which allows me to mention keywords manually as well as afterwards displays ads formed upon that.
Any ideas?
